Who we are
We are a small, deliberate team of builders, project managers and brokers headquartered in Ajah, Lekki. Our work concentrates on the Lagos coastal corridor — Lekki, Ajah, Ibeju, Sangotedo and the surrounding gated communities — where we have years of operating experience and a vetted vendor network.
We are construction-first. Most brokers in our market do not build; most builders do not broker. We do both, and that vertical posture changes how we negotiate, inspect, structure deals and protect clients.
